Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been processed, it is forwarded to our fulfillment partners for shipment.

Shipping Times

Our products are shipped from international warehouses. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Europe & United States: approximately 7–15 business days

  • Canada, Australia: approximately 10–18 business days

  • Rest of the world: up to 20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local carrier delays, holidays, or high demand periods.

Shipping Courier Selection

The courier for each order is automatically selected based on factors such as the supplier and warehouse location, destination country, package size and weight, and current carrier performance. Because of this, the shipping provider may vary even for orders going to the same location. For domestic U.S. orders, carriers may include USPS, UPS, or other local delivery services used by our suppliers. For international shipments, we commonly use logistics partners such as YunExpress, SUNYOU, China Post, along with local last-mile couriers in your country. This flexible approach allows us to choose the most reliable and efficient shipping method available at the time your order is dispatched.

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear in the carrier’s system.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Orders can’t be returned to the sender.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Shipping delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections, weather conditions, or carrier issues.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact our customer support. We will investigate the issue and, if the package is confirmed lost, offer a replacement or refund.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photo or video evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
