We offer refunds only in the following situations:

To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Due to international shipping and supplier limitations, we do not accept returns.
If a package is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.
